Product Description
Simply connect the equipment to the liquid inlet and outlet of the reaction device, add heat transfer medium from the liquid filling port on the top of the equipment and turn on the refueling button to easily remove the air in the system. Set the required temperature and the system can run automatically. The heat transfer medium is in a closed system with an expansion vessel. The liquid in the expansion vessel does not participate in the circulation. Whether it is high or low temperature, the temperature of the expansion tank is from room temperature to 50℃, which can reduce the risk of the heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilization during operation. . Without changing the heat transfer medium, it can cover the temperature control range of -90℃ to 300℃.
Features
- It adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design and a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, which reduces the demand for heat transfer fluid while providing the heat utilization rate of the system to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall.
- Adopting a programmable controller with feedforward adaptive, can accurately control the temperature of the reactor material, and the system does not overshoot and does not call back during the control process.
- Up to 120 groups of programs can be programmed, and each group of programs can be programmed with 100 segments to fully ensure that the temperature requirements under different materials are met. The user only needs to call up the required programs according to different materials to achieve precise temperature control and avoid process artificial Operation to improve product stability.
- 5.3-inch color touch screen display and input, the control system provides: USB interface, RS232 interface, PT100 input interface, fault alarm output interface.
- The temperature process control curve can be displayed on the high-resolution color touch screen, including the oil temperature, and set the target reactor material control temperature value to facilitate the query of the entire process control situation. Using the USB data storage interface, just insert the U disk directly to record the entire temperature control process data.
- The heat-conducting oil circulation pipeline is fully enclosed design, without oil mist and water absorption, ensuring the safety of the experiment and the service life of the heat-conducting oil.
- The refrigeration unit adopts French Taikang compressor, high temperature magnetic drive circulating pump, stable performance and reliable quality.
- With self-diagnosis function, refrigerating machine overload protection, high-pressure pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and other security functions.
- The high-lift design meets the requirements of long-distance transportation of media and adopts environmentally friendly refrigerants.
